Internet Explorer: Windows Update Blank Screen

After testing a couple of things I found that Windows Update didn’t work either it showed me a blank screen with no specific error.
So I searched what was causing the problem. I found that a couple of DLL’s were not properly registered.
To Solve this problem follow the following steps:
Fix Image to link problem (Windows update needs this one also)
Start >Run, type
regsvr32 jscript.dll
<enter>Fix Windows update blank Screen:
Start >Run, type
regsvr32 MSXML3.dll
<enter>
After following the above steps restart you Internet Explorer and everything should be solved!

I have tried every single fix for this problem and not one thing has worked yet. It is getting so frustrating, seeing the same thing over and over and it not ever working. Even contacting Microsoft has been no help. They only go through the exact same thing as i have already tried. It aint as simple to me as you have made it to be, i can tell you. Not only can i not reregister these DLL files, i can’t system restore because it is also blank. Windows Media player will not load and yes i have tried the latest solution to no avail.
This is so annoying, i would love to rip the head of the idiot who sends out these infections. Wasting time, day in and day out for months trying to work this out.
Now i can’t even load IE after trying the latest fix. Although i don’t use it anymore because it is useless now. I have had to use alternate everything until i can resolve this. It looks like i will have to save all my data and reformat now. Nothing has worked yet. Not a thing.
